The 1 to 1 training system is unique, providing training in both Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing, a work based training model where vocational training includes  education and experience; being training on the job, contact time with a professional practitioner, study projects, assignments and research.

The founder of 1 to1 Beauty Therapy has more than 40 years of working in Hair and Beauty Industries as well as developing educational materials.   The 1 to 1 system was developed specifically for the National VET Training Program introducing flexibility and provision for Work based training within the hair & beauty industries.
